Parts manufacturing

Our machine park allows us to use many methods from turning to wire cutting. Many of our machines are new CNC controlled machines. It allows us to produce parts with the highest level, few of those method are mentioned below:

• - Turning operation - cutting, turning, boring, external grooving, face grooving, Drilling, knurling, reaming, threading etc.
  
• - Milling operation - vertical milling, horizontal milling on CNC machine and on conventional machine for large parts
  
• - Wire cutting operation - by wire or shaped electrodes, we are able to cut many types of shapes:
        - from small holes like ∅0.2mm
        - through radius shapes
        - rectangular shapes
        - and special shapes for pulling wires
  
• - Grinding operation - including surface grinding, cylindrical grinding inner and outer diameters, with the corundum, CBN and diamond wheels
  
• - Brazing operation - for melting inserts made from carbides - for parts that could be fast worn out because of friction etc.), we are specializde in copper, copper-zinc, copper-silver and silver flux
  
• - Hardening process - for construction steel, carburizing steel etc.
  
• - Welding operation - SMAW and GMAW methods
  
• - Coating - we are able to make many kinds of layers from nitrating, chrome plating, PVD, PVC coating and others (with our partners in Poland and Germany)
  

Special equipment like:

• Centers (internal or external) made from: construction steel / HSS steel / carbides (K10 / K20 ... / PCD tipped). We are able to make special shaped centers ( as per customer requirements), with melted in carbide or diamond inserts.

• Work rest blades -supporting plate for centerless machines. They are used mainly for large batches. Work rest blades are our one of the main specialization. In our offer You can find many shapes of work rest blades like: double angles, one angle, "backpack" .
  Made with two or more supporting steps from material such us:
  - hardened steel
  - with carbide insert melted by brazing (copper / copper-zinc / copper-silver types of filler material)
  - with diamond PCD inserts
  - from steel and deep nitriding
  - from aluminum bronze.

• Matrices and stamps -GPsoft can produce products in many shapes, from various materials:
  - carbide
  - hardened steel
  - PCD diamond

• Tungsten carbide or diamond dies for drawing various ferrous and nonferrous wires,
  rods and tubes with holes diameter from 0,2mm.

• Shafts & bushes - we can offer many kinds of shafts like:
  - in IT3 class for measuring device or diamond roll base
  - in IT5/6 class for bearings base
  - in IT 9 or higher for other standard need.
